Terms & Conditions

Ordr Delivery provides software that lets restaurants create an online storefront and manage orders, menus, staff, delivery and related operations. We provide the software; the restaurant is responsible for its own menu, prices, food, fulfilment and customer service.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and your staff’s accounts.
• You must be authorised to represent the restaurant you register and be at least 18 years old.

• The service is offered on a free trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription.
• Fees are shown on our Pricing page and are billed in INR.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Each payment extends your access by one billing period.
• If a subscription is not renewed, access to paid features may be paused until payment is made.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Sell prohibited items or misrepresent your products or business.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (menu, branding, images, text). You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

The Ordr Delivery platform, software and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software except the right to use the service as intended.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordr Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
